If you are, in fact, experiencing this problem, you have arrived at the appropriate location. However, before proceeding, you should try out some of these workarounds to see how they perform under different conditions-
Workarounds–
1. The Shift key, which is located on the right side of your laptop, should be held down while you push the Caps Lock button. This also activates Reverse Caps Lock in your system, which may help to resolve the problem.
2. Connect the keyboard back to the computer after it has been disconnected. Check to see if the ‘Caps Lock‘ key is functional at this point.
3. To test this, try plugging in the keyboard with another laptop or computer and seeing whether or not there is still an issue with the ‘Caps Lock’ key. Your keyboard should be replaced if the problem continues to be persistent.
4. Restart your computer to complete the process. Check to see if it is beneficial or not.
